Apple released the iOS 14.4 Beta preview early this morning, and Apple also released the watchOS 7.3 developer preview Beta, the version number is 18S5780d. The beta version is released two days after the official version of watchOS 7.2 was launched.
It supports Fitness+, aerobic fitness notifications, ECG updates, etc. To install the watchOS 7.3 beta, developers need to download the appropriate configuration files from the Apple Developer Center.
After the configuration file is installed, you can download the watchOS 7.3 beta version through the dedicated Apple Watch app on the iPhone by going to General> Software Update.
