North American semiconductor production equipment sales dropped in November

According to the latest reports, after the month-on-month decline in October and the end of the three-month continuous upward momentum, the sales of North American semiconductor production equipment manufacturers in November were still declining.

The monthly sales of North American semiconductor production equipment manufacturers are announced by the International Semiconductor Equipment and Materials Industry Association. Data released by this association shows that North American semiconductor production equipment manufacturers had sales of US$2.61 billion in November.

As per the data previously released by the International Semiconductor Equipment and Materials Industry Association, the sales of North American semiconductor production equipment manufacturers in October were 2.65 billion U.S. dollars, a decrease of 40 million U.S. dollars in November compared with that in November, a 1.4% drop from the previous month.

Although the sales of North American semiconductor production equipment manufacturers fell slightly from the previous month in November, they were still above US$2 billion. The monthly sales of North American semiconductor production equipment manufacturers have also been above US$2 billion for 14 consecutive months.

In terms of year-on-year terms, the sales of North American semiconductor production equipment manufacturers also increased significantly in November. In November last year, sales were US$2.1 billion. The US$2.61 billion in November this year increased by US$510 million, an increase of 23.1% year-on-year.
