Intel Core i7 11 generation processor appears on Geekbench, surpassed AMD Ryzen 9 5950X

Intel’s 11th-generation Core desktop processor i7-11700K, which will be released next year, has appeared on Geekbench, with a single-core running score of over 1800 points, surpassing AMD’s recent Ryzen 9 5950X.

As shown in the picture above, this i7-11700K has 8 cores and 16 threads, clocked at 3.6GHz, 16MB L3 cache, and uses a Z490 motherboard.

In terms of running points, i7-11700K single-core 1807 points, multi-core 10673 points, background data shows that i7-11700K running time-frequency is 5GHz, there seems to be some room for overclocking.

On the Geekbench platform, the current highest model of AMD Ryzen 5000 desktop processor R9 5950X single core is around 1600 points.

Intel’s 11th-generation desktop Core is expected to be released early next year, using a new architecture and mature 14nm process, LGA1200 interface, compatible with 400 series motherboards.
