Vivo has announced that the new Vivo X60 series will be officially launched on December 29, featuring the second-generation micro-head and Zeiss optical lens, and the world’s first Samsung 5nm process Exynos 1080 chip and OriginOS operating system.
As per the latest news that the Vivo X60 series uses the latest UFS 3.1 flash memory, the device can read at a speed of about 1900MB/s in sequence, write in sequence up to about 1200MB/s, and read and write at random speeds. Around 280MB/s.
For reference, Huawei’s current latest SFS1.0 system can also achieve this level of reading and write speed, but the random read and write speed can exceed UFS 3.1.
UFS 3.1 is the latest specification for smartphone flash memory (also known as JESD220E). The speed is almost twice that of UFS 2.1. It also improves performance access, strengthens energy saving, and introduces three new features.
