FeiTeng desktop processor chip D2000 released, 14nm process, self-developed high-performance core FTC663

Feiteng Ecological Partner Conference was held today. Feiteng desktop processor chip Tengrui D2000 was released, based on a 14nm process, supporting PSPA1.0 security architecture.

It is reported that Feiteng will sell more than 1.5 million units in 2020 and its annual revenue will exceed 1.3 billion yuan. Feiteng officially released the Feiteng training and certification system this year to jointly build an information talent ecosystem for government ministries, industry users, industry associations, integrators, machine vendors, board manufacturers, and other business partners.

Feiteng has released a new generation of desktop processor chip Tengrui D2000. According to reports, Teng Rui D2000 integrates 8 Feiteng’s self-developed high-performance processor cores FTC663, compatible with 64-bit ARMv8 instruction set, main frequency 2.3-2.6GHz, typical power consumption 25W, and supports Feiteng’s self-defined processor security architecture standard PSPA1 .0, to meet the requirements for performance, security, and credibility in more complex application scenarios.

According to the official, Teng Rui D2000 is pin-compatible with the previous generation product FT-2000/4, and customers can realize the in-situ replacement of existing systems, seamlessly compatible. Compared with the previous generation product, the performance of the Tengrui D2000 has greatly improved, with a SPECint score of 97.45, which is close to twice the original.

Various types of terminal products such as desktop computers, notebooks, all-in-one computers, industrial computers, and network security equipment based on Teng Rui D2000 will be launched in Q1 2021.
