According to the latest report, when existing customers have a strong demand for their advanced process technology, TSMC does not seem to worry about Samsung getting orders from manufacturers such as Qualcomm and Nvidia.
Further as per the information disclosed by industry chain sources, reporting that TSMC is not worried about Samsung getting orders from Qualcomm, Nvidia, and other manufacturers.
TSMC has been at the forefront of the industry in terms of chip process technology in recent years. Both 7nm and 5nm processes have taken the lead in mass production, and the yield rate is also considerable.
Advanced technology has also enabled them to obtain Apple. The chip foundry orders of companies such as AMD that have a much higher share in the chip foundry market than other manufacturers are still developing more advanced processes and investing heavily in the construction of advanced process chip foundries.
In the chip foundry market, Samsung’s mass production of 7nm and 5nm processes is slightly later than TSMC, but they are currently the only foundries that can basically keep up with TSMC’s process in terms of technology. Their advanced technology has also won the manufacturer’s order.
According to sources in the industry chain, TSMC is optimistic about the demand prospects of Apple and other customers for their advanced process technology. The lost orders from Qualcomm and Nvidia are unlikely to limit their growth in the next few years.
