Tesla can complete its target of delivering 5,00,000 vehicles this year and can also aim for 1 million in 2021: Analyst
According to the latest news, Analyst of Wedbush, Dan Ives said that Tesla can easily achieve its goal of delivering 500,000 vehicles in 2020 and thanks to the strong development in China and the later promotion in Europe and the United States. Ives also reiterated Tesla’s 12-month target price of $715 and a potential bull market target price of $1,000.
Ives wrote in the report: “Based on our preliminary analysis of Tesla’s fourth-quarter demand and global delivery trajectory, the company may easily exceed Wall Street and internal expectations.” Ives predicts Tesla’s deliveries this quarter. It will be between 190,000 and 200,000. He previously marked 180,000 vehicles as the “borderline” for achieving delivery goals.
Ives said: “Entering the end of the year and 2021, we will see major changes in global electric vehicle demand. We expect that by 2025, electric vehicles will increase from 3% of total car sales to 10%. In the next few years, The leader Tesla will continue to benefit in the field of electric vehicles, especially in key Chinese regions. Given the current speed of Tesla’s sales in China, we believe that this will account for Tesla’s total electric vehicle delivery by 2022 40% of the amount.”
Ives believes that if Tesla maintains its current development trajectory in China, by 2022, the company will have delivered 1 million vehicles globally.
