OnePlus fitness band first lookout, will target Xiaomi Mi Band 5

In the year 2019, China’s wearable device market shipped 99.24 million units, a year-on-year increase of 37.1%. Although bracelet products are relatively mature products in the wearable market, they still achieved a 10.5% growth in 2019, the highest growth rate in three years.

Recently, news broke that OnePlus will also launch its first smart bracelet. A well-known tipster Stufflistings posted on Twitter a rendering of what is said to be an OnePlus bracelet.

From the picture, the overall shape of the bracelet is not unique. Some are similar to the Mi Band 5. The main body of the bracelet and the strap seem to be separable, which is convenient for users to change the strap. At least three colors of black, gray, and blue silicone watchbands will be provided, and the colors of the inner and outer sides of the watchband are different.

The rendering shows three different dials. The “ONEPLUS” logo at the bottom is printed on the dial and cannot be removed. There are reports that the OnePlus bracelet will be released in the first quarter of 2021, priced at 40 US dollars (about 260 yuan).

Prior to this, OnePlus has confirmed that it will launch its first smartwatch in 2021, equipped with Wear OS operating system. It is currently uncertain whether the two will be released at the same time.
