Xiaomi MiCare service is launched in Xiaomi Home, Xiaomi Store, Xiaomi Lite WeChat Mini Program, and Xiaomi Mall PC version. Users can place an order when purchasing a mobile phone, or purchase it at Mijia or Mi Stores within 7 days of signing/activating the mobile phone.
Xiaomi’s MiCare service includes 2 free repairs for broken screens in two years; official extension for 1 year, free repairs for quality problems; value preservation and replacement within 1 year, old smartphone recycling price + replacement subsidy.
