As per the news, ASUS officially announced that it will increase the prices of graphics cards and motherboards, effective immediately.
Asustek said that prices have been adjusted due to increased parts, logistics, and operating costs. ASUS marketing manager stated that it has worked nearly with partners to minimize the increase.
According to the news, several retailers have adopted new pricing. For example, on Newegg, the price of the water-cooled Radeon RX 6800 XT ROG STRIX LC has risen from $899.99 to $1079.99.
