The United Kingdom began to implement the third nationwide lockdown in response to the surge in new coronary pneumonia cases and hospitalizations, Apple will close all British retail stores during this period.
On Monday, British Prime Minister Johnson re-imposed the blockade and adopted stricter restrictive measures, which lasted until mid-February. The blockade order requires the closure of non-essential businesses, including retail stores selling “electronic goods” and “mobile phone shops.”
Affected by the new restrictions, Apple will temporarily close all 38 retail stores in the UK.
