A few days ago, according to media reports, Kia plans to hold a press conference on the evening of January 6th, Beijing time. The press conference is expected to release a newly designed brand LOGO, and the official will also announce future new car plans and brand strategies.
Compared with the LOGO currently used, the new LOGO has a stronger sense of fashion and continuity. It adopts the popular flat design and removes the oval outer ring, which is the biggest change since 1994.
It is worth noting that Kia’s new LOGO is still the English interpretation of ‘KIA’, but the three letters are flatter and connected to each other, looking handsome and elegant.
The person in charge of Kia once said that the new LOGO took two years of design time, which implies more vitality, fashion, and creativity.
Additionally, to the new LOGO, it is reported that Kia will launch a variety of new models in 2021, including the Sorento plug-in hybrid version, the new Ka Wah, and the new K8 sedan.
According to Kia’s plan, 11 pure electric models will be launched before 2025, and 7 models will be launched within 2027. The first electric model code-named CV will be available in 2021 and sold worldwide.
