This morning, Intel issued the ‘ Notice on the Suspension of Shipment Collection in Shijiazhuang (Hebei Province)’ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Notice’).
The ‘Notice’ pointed out that because Shijiazhuang is affected by the pandemic, and logistics services in other areas of Hebei Province must be transited through Shijiazhuang, all areas of Hebei Province cannot provide pickup, delivery, and transshipment services.
Intel said that users in the region can normally apply for warranty service, but the warranty order processing time will be extended.
Currently, it maintains close contact with logistics companies and will arrange collection and delivery as soon as possible once resumed.
According to a report, the Shijiazhuang express delivery industry temporarily suspended the receiving business. The express site personnel will disinfect the site and disinfect the temporarily suspended packages at the express site to ensure that these packages are safe.
