Tesla announced yesterday that the first airport supercharging station in the Asia Pacific has been launched. Currently, it has only 8 charging points. This charging station is located in the P1 parking lot of Beijing Daxing International Airport.

At the end of 2020, Tesla announced that the world’s largest supercharger station, the Shanghai Jing’an International Center supercharger station was officially launched, with 72 stations.

Most of Tesla’s current supercharging stations use the latest V3 charging piles, which can supplement 270 kilometers of cruising range in 15 minutes at peak power.

A user in Shanghai said that more than half of the electricity can be charged in 30 to 40 minutes. The charging fee for the Beijing Super Charging Station has not yet been announced. Previously, the price in Shanghai was RMB 2.45/kWh.

Tesla has built more than 650 supercharging stations in 2020, and the cities currently covered include Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Shenyang, etc. At the same time, Tesla officials also stated that the construction of a farther, wider, and denser charging network is accelerating, so stay tuned.
