Xiaomi Mi 11 Global variant appears on Singapore’s IMDA certification

Xiaomi has released the flagship smartphone Xiaomi Mi 11, which so far is only sold in China, but the manufacturer has promised to present a global version of the device soon. It is expected that along with the Xiaomi Mi 11, the older version of the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro will be presented.

In a few days, the company managed to sell more than 500 thousand Xiaomi Mi 11 smartphones in China alone, and with the device entering the global market, sales will skyrocket if the company provides stores with sufficient stock.

Before the release of Xiaomi Mi 11 on the world market, the global version of the device was spotted in two places at once: in the database of the Singapore regulator Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), as well as in the popular Geekbench test application.

The smartphone passes under the model number M2011K2G (G indicates the global version), before launching the device in China, it passed the certification of the Chinese regulator 3C with model number M2011K2C.

Geekbench confirms that the smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC, 12GB of RAM, and runs Android 11.

According to rumors, the announcement of the global versions of Xiaomi Mi 11 and Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro will take place in February.
