The other day we saw the giant Asus WRX80 Pro WS Sage SE motherboard for Ryzen Threadripper Pro processors. That model impressed with the dimensions of the printed circuit board itself.
The ROG Maximus XIII Extreme Glacial model, the images of which you can see below, stands out differently.
As you can see, it is equipped with a huge, by the standards of the class, water block, which makes it seem as if some kind of box is installed on the board. We can say that the board is very thick. The water block is clearly cooled not only by the CPU, but also by the power subsystem, and its casing even covers the external ports.
Besides, the lower part of the board is covered with a metal plate, and as a result, the board looks very unusual. It is based on the Intel Z590 chipset and will cost an incredible 1,516 euros. Such a product will be released in the current quarter.
