D-Link has released a USB Wi-Fi 6 adapter called ‘the industry’s first’ that can be plugged into a laptop or desktop computer. The official stated that the adapter speed can reach 1200Mbps.
According to the report, it is still unclear who the target user of this new product of D-Link is. It may be some users who need to connect to a Wi-Fi 6 router to get the best results.
If the laptop or desktop computer you are using was recently purchased, it is likely to support Wi-Fi 5. In terms of network speed, there is not much difference compared with this Wi-Fi 6 USB external network card.
This adapter will be available in the second quarter of 2021, priced at 100 US dollars, or about 650 yuan ($100.52 US).
