According to the report, for the users who are still using Windows 10 version 1909 (November 2019 update), the latest cumulative update is now being pushed, with important security bug fixes. Microsoft has launched the Windows 10 KB4598229 patch.
Windows 10 KB4598229 is a security update that will automatically install on your compatible hardware. This update will upgrade the 1909 version number to Windows 10 Build 18363.1316. Microsoft stated that it will no longer release any new cumulative updates for Windows 10 version 1903, which will end technical support in December 2020.
To get the patch, just go to the Windows Update page in the ‘Settings’ application and click ‘Check for Updates’. Please note that devices running Windows 10 version 20H2 or version 2004 will get different updates and unique bug fixes. For Windows 10 version 20H2, Microsoft said that it is pushing Build 19042.746.

Windows 10 Build 18363.1316 comes with security developments for Microsoft Office products and basic system operations. The patch also includes security fixes for other components, such as Windows Media and Windows Fundamentals.

Microsoft verified that it is still investigating reports about the possible loss of user certificates when you update your device from Windows 10 version 1809. This problem can also be reproduced when using the outdated Windows 10 version ISO image.
