Xiaomi Mi 11 Global Edition passed FCC certification: 6GB RAM version available, 12GB version missing
Earlier, the Vice President of Xiaomi Group Chang Cheng revealed that Xiaomi 11 will soon be released globally. There are rumors that it will be available in February, and now this phone has obtained FCC certification.
FCC certification documents show that the global version of Mi 11 has three versions: 6/128 GB, 8/128 GB, and 8/256 GB. This indicates that the global version will not have a 12GB memory version.
In contrast, the Bank of China version does not have the 6GB+128GB version but offers the 12GB+256GB version. The FCC document also shows that Mi 11 is a dual-SIM phone without a microSD card slot.
The software version listed by the FCC is MIUI 12 (presumably 12.5). The electronic label shows that this phone supports 55W fast charging. Of course, we already know these.
What the FCC document does not show is when Xiaomi Mi 11 will be launched globally and what its price is (the starting price of the Bank of China is 3999 yuan).
Additionally, there are rumors that a Mi 11 Pro will be released next month, and Mi 11 Lite has also been leaked, but it is unclear whether these two products will go global with Mi 11.
