AMD’s current issue is not to worry about bad products. On the contrary, production capacity cannot keep up. Desktop and notebook CPUs are worried about shortages. Therefore, 7nm orders are still increasing, and AMD’s importance in TSMC is also increasing.

Among TSMC’s foundry customers, Apple was the largest customer in mid- 2019, accounting for 23% of revenue, and Huawei was the second largest customer, accounting for 14%.

However, as Huawei was forced to stop last year, TSMC will be a period of time in the future. There will be no processor orders from Huawei. AMD in 2020 for years without necessarily more than Huawei, but 2021 Nian AMD properly due to TSMC to become the second-largest customer, second only to Apple.

In the 5nm and 3nm process, Apple’s No.1 status is unmatched, but AMD will be a VIP customer on the 7nm process, and this year’s proportion will even exceed Apple.

The three major product lines of the Zen3 family will continue in 2021. In terms of volume, among the Ryzen 5000 processors that have just been launched, there will be at least 150 laptops on the road this year, and the battle will not lose to the 10nm processors of friends.
