According to news, OPPO officially released the customer service remote fault detection system-remote diagnosis function.

With the permission of the user, OPPO customer service personnel can use this function to immediately diagnose the software and hardware problems of the user’s mobile phone remotely and provide real-time feedback results through intelligent detection.

The above image shows the OPPO remote diagnosis function usage process. The official stated that this user-friendly function is online so that users can get official help without leaving home.

Remote diagnosis can only run corresponding testing procedures when the user is actively authorized by the user. These procedures only detect mobile phone failures and do not involve any other personal information.

When users encounter mobile phone failures or related problems, they only need to call hotline 95018 or consult online customer service to obtain a verification code, and then they can experience remote diagnosis service for free.

Currently, most OPPO models running ColorOS 11.0 and above systems already support the remote diagnosis. In the future, OPPO customer service remote diagnosis function will be launched on more models.
