ZMI Purple Rice PurPod’s true wireless headsets will be available for pre-sale at 10:00 this morning, at a cost of 199 yuan ($30.77 US). This headset is an entry-level model of the previously launched PurPods Pro, with a similar appearance and no active noise reducing function.
PurPods Bluetooth headsets have coaxial dual-moving coil technology, which gives high and low output respectively. The headset is furnished with dual microphones including beamforming technology that can support noise reduction in calls.
The microphones also support voice control by Xiao Ai. Zimi PurPods earphones have self-developed EQsmart technology, which can automatically adjust the sound effect according to the use scene, or automatically adjust the earphone volume according to the ambient volume.
The automatic game mode can reduce the delay and needs to be used with the MIUI system and game acceleration applications. Non-MIUI system mobile phones can also set the game mode through Xiaomi App. Putting the headset back into the charging box will automatically turn off the game mode.
This headset has a sensor that supports automatic pause when it is taken off. The battery life of the headset is about 10 hours, with the charging box for up to 32 hours. The headset is equipped with a Bluetooth 5.2 chip, which can reduce latency and increase transmission stability.
Currently, the purple rice PurPods’ true wireless earphones have been pre-sale on JD.com/Tmall/Xiaomi Youpin/Suning.com at a price of 199 yuan ($30.77 US) and will be shipped on January 23 at the latest.
