Austrian researchers used nanotechnology to draw first 3D image of new coronavirus
A laboratory in Vienna, Austria, lately utilized nanotechnology to draw the most detailed and clear 3D picture of the SARS-CoV-2 new coronavirus and manufactured an animation demonstration.
Through extraction, scanning, and digital processing, the agency successfully took photos of the virus and obtained a 3D structure.
The following is a 3D video of the new coronavirus released by the agency. Technicians use the existing SARS-CoV-2 virus data and combine it with a 3D tomography microscope to ‘take pictures.’
Additionally, the use of device learning technology for data processing and drawing, produced this group of animations.
The virus has a diameter of about 100 nm and a complex internal structure with multiple structures. In addition, the video also shows the real shots of the new coronavirus that is 3D processed and dyed.
