A well-known tipster leaked AMD RX 6700 XT graphics card information. The graphics card will be furnished with 12GB GDDR6 video memory and is supposed to be released in the first half of this year or the first quarter.
As per the latest news, revealed more specifications of this graphics card. RX 6700 XT will use Navi 22 GPU core and is supposed to have up to 40 CUs, which is 2560 stream processors.
The video memory bit width will be 192bit, which is lower than the 256bit of high-end models. In addition, the RX 6700 model will be launched soon.
According to the news, AMD promotes 4K resolution games for the RX 6800 and 6900 series, and for the 6700 XT, AMD utilizes its main 2K resolution games. The TGP of the RX 6700 XT graphics card is expected to be 186W-211W, while the RX 6700 is 146W-156W.
The RX 6700 XT is supposed to carry 64MB to 96MB of Infinity Cache high-speed video memory, and its effective bandwidth is 3.25 times that of 256-bit GDDR6. Currently, RX 6800 and above models have 128MB Infinity Cache.
Additionally, the clock frequency of the new graphics card is supposed to exceed 2.5GHz. The RX 6700 XT and RX 6700 graphics cards are supposed to be launched in March this year.
