Nokia announced today, its fourth-quarter and full-year financial report for 2020. According to the financial report, according to IFRS accounting standards, net sales in the fourth quarter were 6.568 billion euros, a decrease of 5% year-on-year.
Annual net sales were 21.9 billion euros, a year-on-year decrease of 6%. From the perspective of revenue composition, Nokia’s network business accounted for the vast majority of sales revenue, accounting for 77% in the fourth quarter.
By looking at the profit, the net loss attributable to shareholders of the parent company in the fourth quarter was 2.601 billion euros, compared to a net profit of 563 million euros in the same period last year.
Nokia officially stated in its financial report that the decline in sales in the fourth quarter was due to the decline in mobile network deployment and planning services.
In the future, it will continue to improve its mobile network business device portfolio, decrease costs and improve performance, and devote itself to investing in research and development to maintain its leading position.
