Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. recently revealed a ‘watch’ design patent with the publication number CN306301963S. The patent summary explains that the purpose of this design product: mainly used for timing, step counting, physical data measurement, and communication.
Huawei’s patent shows a detailed rendering of this watch. It can be seen that the watch structure adopts an arc design, and the dial also uses an arc flexible screen, which can better fit the wrist.
The bottom of the watch is equipped with a sensor component with a small degree of protrusion, but there is no charging electrode. The front of the watch is very narrow, with a button on the right and two symmetrical buttons on the bottom.
Despite the patent name ‘watch’, the design of this product is similar to the Huawei bracelet B6, and the screen is narrower than the Huawei smartwatch WATCH FIT. This product has a detachable design that can be turned into a Bluetooth headset when taken down.
The symmetrical mechanical button under the shell can be used to remove the body of the bracelet. Since the Huawei Band B6 uses the built-in Type-C interface for charging, there is no charging electrode at the bottom.
The patent describes: ‘This product is mainly used for timing, step counting, physical sign data measurement, and communication.’ The official description, Huawei B6 bracelet can measure heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep status, etc., with heart health management, can detect arrhythmia, Atrial fibrillation, and premature beat screening. The Huawei Band B6 was released on July 30, 2020, and is currently priced at 949 yuan.
