NVIDIA announced today that its cloud gaming service GeForce Now applications are now available on Apple Macs furnished with M1 processors.
According to the report, GeForce Now will utilize Apple’s Rosetta 2 emulator to ‘translate’, so GeForce Now is not yet completely optimized for M1.
However, many other applications that use Rosetta 2 have almost no noticeable performance degradation.
Users can also use GeForce Now through Chrome or Safari, but a specialized application should be more convenient and better than using a browser.
