One UI 3.0 now rolling out for Samsung Galaxy S10 widely

In January 2021, Samsung Galaxy S10 series devices have begun to receive Android 11 updates for the One UI 3.0 version. The company initially released this firmware from Switzerland and has expanded to more markets, including India and the United States.

It is reported that Galaxy S10 users have begun to face the major camera and mobile phone heating issues after updating to the first UI 3.0 stable update. Later, the company suspended the release of Android 11 updates for the remaining Galaxy S10 users.

After different stages of Galaxy S10 One UI 3.0 firmware verification, Samsung reopened the One UI 3.0 update release. So far, the company has expanded the software to multiple regions. As the firmware is widely available, Galaxy S10 device owners can now update their phones to the Android 11/One UI 3.0 version.

One UI 3.0 is based on the Android 11 operating system. It has made some new changes in the user interface, and these changes are directly reflected in the “Settings” menu, lock screen, application drawer, notification panel, etc. It also brings optimization to the system for a better user experience.

Moreover, the Korean technology company also launched the Galaxy S21 series, which is pre-installed with One UI 3.1 based on Android 11. This version brings many new features, including Director view, object wiper, integrated Google Duo, and more.

Furthermore, Samsung has provided security patches for February 2021 to several qualified devices including Galaxy S20, S21, Note 20, S20 FE, and A50. However, after the One UI 3.0 feature, the Galaxy S10 series has not received any new firmware updates. The company is expected to release a new security update soon.
