Samsung launched Galaxy M12: Features quad camera, Exynos processor, new display and more

Samsung unveiled the Galaxy M12 mobile phone in Vietnam in a low-key manner. The smartphone equipped with a 6000mAh large-capacity battery, USB-C interface to support 15W fast charging technology, Bluetooth 5.0, and more. According to information, in a WiFi environment, the Galaxy M12 can bring 24 hours of online time on a single charge, and it can also play 23 hours of video or music for nearly 5 days.

Specification of Samsung Galaxy M12:

In terms of configuration, the Galaxy M12 comes with 6.5-inch Infinity-V PLS TFT LCD with a resolution of 1600×720 pixels.

In terms of photography, it has a quad rear camera setup including a 48MP (F2.0) main lens and 5.0 MP (F2.2) + 2.0 MP (F2.4) + 2.0 MP (F2.4) ultrawide, macro, and depth sensors. Furthermore, it also has an 8MP front camera for selfies.

The phone is powered by a 2.0 GHz eight-core processor. The official model did not disclose the specific model. However, according to previous reports, the new device may be equipped with Exynos 850, which has 8 Cortex-A55 and Mali-G52 MP1 GPUs. In terms of storage, it has 3/4/6 GB RAM and 32/64/128 GB ROM which support microSD, maximum expansion of 1 TB.

The Galaxy M12 packs a long-lasting 6000mAh battery with Samsung’s 15W super-fast charging technology. Moreover, the Galaxy M12 consumers will get all the latest Android 11 features pre-installed.

In addition to these specifications, the Samsung Galaxy M12 also has a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB-C port, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and Bluetooth 5.0. At the same time, it comes with the One UI Core version, which means it does not support Samsung Pay and DeX functions. In Vietnam, the company offers devices in three different colors: black, blue, and green.

Currently, Samsung has not disclosed the availability of the Galaxy M12 in other smartphone markets. We can expect that the company will soon expand its availability to other region.
