Microsoft declared that ‘Forza Horizon 4’ will land on the Steam platform on March 9, marking the first time the ‘Forza Motorsport’ series of games will be launched on Steam.
Now, players on the Steam platform will compete with Xbox consoles, Win10 stores, and players who stream ‘Forza Horizon 4’ via xCloud. ‘Forza Motorsport: Horizon 4’ is currently one of the hottest racing games in the world. The game was launched in 2018 and landed on Xbox consoles and Win10 stores.
With the United Kingdom as the background, it focuses on open-world racing in four seasons. Currently, the development studio Playground Games has added many expansions and battle royale modes to Forza Horizon 4.
This is not the first time Microsoft has brought its own exclusive masterpiece to the Steam platform. In 2019, Microsoft’s Xbox masterpiece ‘Halo: Master Chief Collection’ was launched on the Steam platform, and in 2020, ‘Sea of Thieves’ was released. Microsoft announced three years ago that it would release more Xbox games through the Steam platform.
