Xiaomi has begun to roll out a new software update for Redmi 8A Dual users.
The latest update is currently available in India, may soon be received by other region users in the coming days/weeks. Moreover, adding to the security patch, the newest update brings a bunch of optimizations, new functions, and fixes.
As per the official changelog, users can now swipe down from the upper left corner to open the notification shade and from the upper right corner to open the Control center. It also optimizes the screen gestures, Animations, control center, and dark mode.
Furthermore, it fixes the known issue that the Control center wasn’t always displayed correctly in landscape mode and another problem that Notification shade wasn’t displayed correctly in Dark mode.
