Xiaomi has begun to rollout the MIUI 12 update for Redmi 9 users in Europe. It installs the latest Android patches released in December 2020 and January 2021 to enhance system security.
This update optimizes full-screen gestures, system animation in some cases, control center layout, dark mode brightness, etc.
It brings new shortcuts to open the control center and notification bar and fixes the bug that the notification bar cannot be displayed correctly in dark mode. Below you can check the changelog and download link of this update.
