Samsung One UI 3.1 (Android 11) update now rolling out for Galaxy S20 FE
Samsung will continue to release One UI 3.0 updates based on Android 11 to several of its qualified smartphones and tablets. In addition to One UI 3.0, the company also provided an upgraded version of One UI 3.0, namely One UI 3.1, to Galaxy Tab S7 and Tab S7+.
As per the latest information, the South Korean technology company started sending One UI 3.1 features to its latest cheap flagship device Galaxy S20 FE. Recognized by the build version G781BXXU2CUB5, this software update is currently launched in many European countries/regions, including Germany, Switzerland, Greece, Romania, Spain, etc.
Samsung One UI 3.1 adds several new features, including -1 Google Discover on the screen, private sharing, object eraser, video call effects, the position of deleting images before sharing, object eraser, Director’s view, and more.
On January 14, 2021, Samsung launched the Galaxy S21 series flagship product pre-installed with One UI 3.1 based on Android 11. In future updates, this version will be available for multiple Samsung devices. After introducing the One UI 3.1 update to the Galaxy Tab S7 tablet, the company itself explained the newly added productivity features.
According to technical standards, Samsung Galaxy Note 20, S20, Note 10, S10, Galaxy Fold/Flip, Z Fold 2, these smartphones will start to get the Android 11-based One UI 3.1 software update in the coming weeks/months.
How to check for updates manually:
- Open device Settings
- Find and select the Software updates menu
- Finally, tap on Download and install button.
