Intel’s new Phantom Canyon NUC, the 11th generation Core i7-1165G7+RTX 2060 graphics card released by JD.com merchants, and the barebones price is 7,999 yuan ($1,238.64 US).
In January, Intel released a new high-performance NUC host Mirage Canyon, the first configuration is the 11th generation Core i7 low-voltage processor + RTX 2060 graphics card. The appearance of the new Phantom Canyon has changed, and the skull logo is placed in the center.
In terms of interfaces, Phantom Canyon can connect four 4K displays through HDMI, mDP, and two Thunderbolt 4, as well as six USB 3.2 Gen2 interfaces. The network port has changed from the previous dual network port to a single 2.5G network port, and the front SD card slot supports UHS-II SD cards.
The Mirage Canyon has two built-in M.2 interfaces, one is a SATA-compatible M.2 2280 slot, and the other is an M.2 22110 slot that supports server SSD. There are two memory slots, supporting up to 64GB DDR4-3200.
The Phantom Canyon’s heat dissipation specifications are very high, with two large 12V fans, dual CPU heat pipes, three heat pipes for the graphics card, and a heat pipe for heat conduction for the video memory, and the size of the heat dissipation fins is also very large.
It is expected that the Phantom Canyon will release an upgraded version of the Intel 11th generation Core standard pressure processor + RTX 3060 in the later stage.
