During the period from January 1 to February 28, 2021, consumers who purchase new energy vehicles and apply for special licenses will still follow the previous round of new energy vehicles. Policy handling.
The ‘Implementation Measures’ stated that the purchases are sold and used in Shanghai and have been included in the national “New Energy Vehicles Promotion and Application Recommended Model Catalog’ or other related recommended model catalogs.
Pure electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid power ( Including extended range) vehicles and fuel cell vehicles, including imported new energy vehicles, can enjoy the new energy vehicle policy.
Additionally, if an individual user does not use the Shanghai special license quota to register new energy vehicles, the special license quota will continue to be issued for free (hereinafter referred to as the “special license quota”).
However, consumers who purchase plug-in hybrid (including extended range) vehicles and apply for a special license limit must also meet the following two conditions: one is that individual users or unit users have implemented a place in this city that meets the requirements of intelligent technology And safety standard charging facilities.
Second, there is no proof of the city’s non-commercial passenger car quota under the personal user name, and no registered motor vehicle (excluding motorcycles) using the non-commercial passenger car quota.
Along with this, starting from January 1, 2023, for individual users or unit users who purchase plug-in hybrid (including extended range) vehicles, the city will no longer issue special licenses.
