Song Qi explained that the flagship name of Realme Race is cattle, face-value cattle, and performance cattle. Realme Race is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 flagship processor, which is Realme’s first Snapdragon 888 flagship.
The Snapdragon 888 mobile platform has a built-in Kryo 680 CPU that utilizes a 5nm process technology. The core utilizes 1 ARM’s latest Cortex X1 super core 2.84GHz+3 A78 large core 2.4GHz+4 A55 small core 1.8GHz.
Officially, the Snapdragon 888 mobile platform is the first mobile platform to use the Cortex X1 architecture. This is a brand new architecture that can boost CPU performance by 25%, and Qualcomm has also raised the overall efficiency of the entire CPU cluster by 25%.
Additionally, to having powerful performance, Realme Race will also use a high refresh rate AMOLED full screen, which is expected to support super-fast charging.
As early as 2020, flagships such as the Realme X50 Pro and Realme X50 Pro player version have already used a 90Hz AMOLED full screen, and support 65W super flash charging.
As the new flagship of Realme, Realme Race will be significantly improved compared to the Realme X50 Pro series in terms of screen and performance. The new device is supposed to be officially announced after the Spring Festival holiday. We will wait and see.
