CPU adjustment tool ThrottleStop version 9.3 released

The CPU adjustment tool ThrottleStop 9.3 version produced officially released today. This tool can adjust the voltage, frequency, power wall, and other specifications of Intel processors in detail, and supports Intel mobile CPUs.
