SpaceX previously intended to release Starlink satellites once a week. Today, another 60 Starlink satellites were launched on the Falcon 9 rocket, the satellite successfully entered orbit.
However, the first stage rocket of the Falcon 9 failed to recover in this mission but fell into the sea. This mission is still launched from the base of the Cape Canaveral Air Force in the southern United States.
The Falcon 9 tier 1 rocket undertaking the mission is the sixth launch. This rocket has previously undertaken missions like the 19th and 20th Dragon spacecraft. The rocket consists of two stages.
After the first stage rocket reaches a certain height, it will be separated from the second stage rocket, and the second stage rocket will transport the MSI to a predetermined orbit.
SpaceX production engineer Jessica Anderson stated, ‘It looks like we have not succeeded in landing the first-stage rocket on the unmanned ship’s course I still love you’.’
The live video showed that the unmanned ship’s camera did not capture the rocket’s trace, nor did it. See tail flames. Jessica also stated, ‘It’s a pity that we failed to recover the Falcon 9 first-stage thruster, but the second-stage rocket was operating normally and the mission was a success .”
SpaceX’s Starlink intends to have more than 1,000 satellites in orbit and currently has Internet access services. Users can apply for the Starlink antenna kit for US$499 and subscribe to the service for US$99 per month.
