Microsoft launches Xbox Wireless Headset, starting at $99.99

Microsoft released the Xbox wireless headset that is officially known as a high-quality headset designed for a new generation of game consoles.

Microsoft claims that the new headset brings ‘first-class audio and chat performance’ to a new generation of game consoles, and has fine-tuned the game to support spatial audio.

The headset supports low-latency, lossless audio chat, supports Windows Sonic, Dolby Atmos, and DTS Headphone: X technology.

The Xbox wireless headset has an automatic mute function that turns off the microphone when you are not talking. In addition, there is a manual mute button on the headset.

The headset is priced at US$99.99 and will be available for pre-sale overseas today and on sale on March 16.
