Samsung will officially release the Samsung Health Monitor application in Galaxy stores in 31 new countries and regions. Most of the new countries and regions are in Europe, and some in the Middle East and Asia.
Samsung Health Monitor is an indispensable tool for blood pressure and ECG measurement and monitoring. Samsung’s Galaxy Watch 3 and Watch Active 2 both provide hardware support for ECG monitoring, but this function must be approved by the health agency of each country before it can be used.
However, even if the watch contains the hardware and software required for health testing, users still need a Samsung mobile phone paired with the watch for ECG monitoring.
The newly supported countries and regions are as follows:
