Microsoft Edge browser is getting a cool new auto-fill function that should make it easier for users to fill out forms. This feature is called ‘User-initiated search for autofill suggestions’ and Microsoft describes it.
If your information is saved on Microsoft Edge, auto-fill suggestions will automatically pop up to help you save time when filling out the form. But in the case where auto-fill misses the form, or if you want to use a form that doesn’t normally auto-fill When the data is obtained in the temporary form, you can clearly search for your information and fill it out easily.
This means that users can still easily access their data when they deliberately do not activate auto-fill or have other problems activating the problematic form (such as an insecure page).
