RODE released Wireless GO ll microphone system includes a receiver and two transmitters

Australian audio equipment maker RODE has recently released the Wireless GO ll wireless microphone system that includes a receiver and two transmitters, and supports in-camera recording.

According to the official, this product is compact, has professional sound quality, is compatible with mobile phones, cameras, and computers, and can record dual-channel audio at the same time.

The configuration of the two transmitters of the wireless microphone is convenient for recording two-person videos or one-on-one interviews, and users can easily switch to mono recording mode.

This product includes a receiving end with an LCD screen and two transmitting ends. It is compact and weighs less than 32g. The product has a built-in lithium battery with a battery life of up to 7 hours.

It is charged using the Type-C interface. The receiver can display the power information of the three devices. The product utilizes a 2.4GHz private wireless protocol to transmit digital audio, the signal is encrypted by 128bit, and the linear transmission distance can reach 200m.

The wireless connection is optimized for stable operation under complex electromagnetic conditions. The Wireless GO ll receiver has a 3.5mm TRS analog audio output port that is convenient for connecting to mobile phones and cameras.

In order to obtain better sound quality, the Type-C port of the receiver can be connected to Android phones, Apple devices, and computers with OTG cables, and used as a digital sound card. The second-generation device supports the internal recording of two-channel audio and can record up to 40 hours in MP3 format.

The internal recording audio specification supports 48KHz, 24bit /32bit WAV format, and can record for 7 hours. This device can be set up with a dedicated App for easy management of recordings and export, and firmware can also be upgraded.

The receiver and transmitter are equipped with plastic clips, which can be easily installed on clothes or backpacks. The receiver supports SLR hot shoes and microphone pick rods. The office provides a variety of accessories and windshields.

Regarding the transmitter, the product has a built-in omnidirectional condenser microphone with a frequency response range of 50Hz-20kHz, a maximum dynamic range of 100dB SPL, and a microphone preamplifier gain of 20dB.
