Linux Lite 5.4 RC1 officially released, based on Ubuntu 20.04.2

Linux Lite 5.4 RC1 was officially launched today. Lite 5.4 is based on Ubuntu 20.04.2, using Linux kernel 5.4.0-66, but there are other kernels to choose from.
