Sony electronic paper DPT-CP1 V2 leaked, uses a color ink screen, and supports E INK Kaleido 2.5 technology
Sony is about to launch DPT-CP1 Version 2 electronic paper, using a color ink screen. Sony DPT-CP1 Version 2 electronic paper utilizes a color ink screen and supports E INK Kaleido 2.5 technology.
This is a brand new technology that has not even been officially declared. Sony confirmed to foreign media Good e-Reader that the color filter array of this e-paper has been optimized to produce richer and deeper colors.
It is also the first product to utilize the E INK Carta 1250 panel. In terms of specification, the Sony DPT-CP1 color version utilizes a 10.3-inch screen with a black and white resolution of 1404 x 1872 and 227 PPI.
The color resolution is currently unclear. On the other side, this e-paper will support the Wacom stylus, the screen has 27 built-in white LED reading lights, the processor is a quad-core Cortex A53, and the interface is USB-C.
Yuantai Technology announced that it will jointly launch a new generation of electronic paper notebooks with Wacom and Linfiny, a global leader in drawing tablets, interactive graphics displays, and digital interface solutions.
The solution, and officially declared the E Ink CartaTM 1250 panel for the first time, claiming that it can give better display contrast and faster page-turning speed, assist in improving the speed of digital pen writing, and improve the user experience.
