Intel officially launched 670p solid-state drive, based on 144-layer QLC technology
Intel officially released a client solid-state drive based on 144-layer QLC (four-layer cell) technology-the Intel 670p solid-state drive. Intel’s 670p solid-state drive utilizes the latest QLC technology, including a single disk capacity of up to 2TB.
In addition, Intel’s QLC solid-state drives are built based on floating gate technology. Rob Crooke, Intel’s senior vice president and general manager of the NAND products and solutions division, said that compared with the previous generation SSD, the 670p SSD has twice the read performance and a 38% boost in random read performance.
It is a thin and light notebook the ideal storage solution. Intel’s 670p solid-state drive is now available on the e-commerce platform, priced at 479 yuan for 512GB, 799 yuan for 1TB, and 1779 yuan for 2TB.
The 1TB version of the Intel 670p solid-state drive has a continuous read speed of 3500MB/s and a continuous write speed of 2700MB/s. 4K random read speed is 310k IOPS, 4K random write speed is 340k IOPS.By looking at the durability, 1TB is 370 TBW.
