BleepingComputer found a loophole in the Win10 arises, the vulnerability gives almost all users through the command line can destroy the NTFS disk format.
Microsoft is supposed to solve the problem through the February patch. Reports indicate that the Win10 Insider preview version 21322 already contains a patch for the vulnerability, and it is expected that Microsoft will launch a similar patch for all Win10 users.
According to BleepingComputer’s test, the code can be hidden in Windows shortcut files, ZIP archives, batch files, or various other media to trigger hard disk errors that damage the file system index.
The disk is actually not damaged, Windows chkdsk can solve the problem, but the BleepingComputer test shows that chkdsk cannot be repaired.
