The classic game ‘GTA 5‘ developed by R Star is still in hot sales. As of February this year, the global sales of this game have exceeded 140 million. Strauss Zelnick, CEO of Rockstar’s parent company Take-Two, recently talked about the remake of ‘GTA 5‘ at the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media, and Communications Conference.
He said, ‘The remake of ‘GTA 5‘ has always been in the company’s plan. Compared with our competitors, we have to make a difference, not only copy the original version, and try our best to ensure that the content and image quality of the remake is as good as possible.
R Club has improved the performance and visual effects of the new version and applied the latest technology to remake. That’s why I think our remake work is excellent.
Strauss Zelnick also said that the remake of ‘GTA 5‘ will give players an excellent gaming experience and is confident that it will become a new benchmark after its release.
‘GTA 5’ was first released on PS3 and Xbox 360 game consoles in 2013 and has since landed on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The remake of ‘GTA 5‘ will land on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and the official launch date of the new game has not yet been announced.
