Huawei released the Mate 40 series and Mate 30E Pro 5G last year, radiating the second spring of the Mate 30 series. An OCE-AN00 device has passed wireless charging certification, with a 6.5-inch OLED screen, a resolution of 2376 x 1080, and a 2.86GHz chip.
The certification name at the time was displayed as Mate 40E. Online users speculated that it might be equipped with Kirin 990E 5G chip. Huawei Mate 40E may be launched in March to April and is supposed to be equipped with Kirin 990E or other 5G processors.
The Kirin 990E chip uses a 7nm + EUV process, integrates about 10.3 billion transistors, uses Huawei Da Vinci architecture, NPU large core + NPU micro core design, 14 core Mail-G76 GPU, and supports 5G NSA/SA dual-mode full Netcom.
Currently, the official website of Huawei Mate40 equipped with 5nm technology Kirin 9000E starts at 4999 yuan. Huawei has a low-profile version of Mate40 that has not been released.
The main camera of the device is replaced from the 50MP imx700 sensor to the 64MP sensor, which is expected to be the aforementioned Mate 40E. Now the Huawei Mate 40E has officially appeared in the appointment interface of the Tmall flagship store, but Huawei seems to have removed it.
It can only be confirmed from the title that the device will be named Huawei Mate 40E that is supposed to be announced in the near future.
