Fuji Camera has released a new version of firmware for the X-T3, GFX50S, GFX50R, and GFX100 cameras, which improves the stability and functions. The biggest feature is that it gives the IP address display function for the first three cameras.
According to the firmware update log, X-T3, GFX50S, and GFX50R cameras have added the display of IP address in the setting menu -> connection settings -> information. Since these cameras all support WiFi connection to transmit photos wirelessly, the IP address display function can facilitate users to check the connection status and troubleshoot.
The second update of these three cameras is to improve the shutter speed of TTL slow sync flash shooting. According to the official, it is used in scene shooting where relatively long exposure is required, in P and A modes, this software can make the slowest shutter speed slower than 1/8 second.
If the shutter speed is set to AUTO, the maximum shutter speed is 4 seconds in P mode, and the maximum shutter speed is 30 seconds in A mode. For the GFX100 camera, the 3.01 version of the firmware only improves the stability of the pixel conversion multi-shot operation.
Fuji GFX50R and GFX50S are equipped with 51.4 million pixel CMOS medium format sensors, with a size of 43.8×32.9mm. The 50S is equipped with a removable 3.69 million pixel EVF electronic viewfinder. Fuji’s flagship camera GFX100 is equipped with a 102 million pixels medium format CMOS sensor with a built-in sensor anti-shake function, and the price is 69,999 yuan.
