AMD released the Adrenalin 2020 Edition 21.3.1 graphics card driver update, adapted to the recently released RX 6700 XT graphics card, providing a large number of new features and bug fixes.
The new driver is compatible with HD 7700 to RX 6900 series graphics cards, including mobile graphics cards. This driver update adds support for The Ancient Gods-Part Two DLC of ‘Doom: Eternity’.
It gives support for the new features of Radeon Boost, supports variable shading ratio technology under DirectX 12, and can selectively render images to improve performance. This driver also adds support for Radeon Anti-Lag technology. This technology can reduce input delay when the graphics card is limited.
It can control the speed of the CPU to ensure that it does not exceed the graphics card too much, thereby reducing the CPU work waiting in line. . Therefore, Radeon Anti-Lag can shorten the input delay by almost a full-frame, thereby restoring a responsive gaming experience.
The 21.3.1 driver update adds a graphics card grill tool, which can be opened directly in the driver interface, which is convenient for users to test the stability of the graphics card after changing the configuration.
The new version of the driver also adds support for some Vulkan extension plug-ins and fixes the bugs of ‘Call of Duty, ‘Cyberpunk 2077’, ‘Xuanyuan Sword 7’, and other games.
